Emmerson on one-boat races

One of the things we really enjoy about Herald cartoonist Rod Emmerson's work is his ability to segue two completely unrelated subjects together into an amusing cartoon.

And Emmerson is in fine form this morning:


The only question posed by this cartoon is this; which America's Cup time is synonymous with the Labour Party? Is it Artemis, struggling to rebuild a damaged boat after a tragic capsize, or is it Luna Rossa, sitting races out because they don't agree with the referee?

We'll let you be the judge of that.
