Get in quick

We will never forget the night of 14 November 2009. We were at the Ring of Fire in Wellington (normally known as Westpac Stadium) cheering the All Whites to a memorable victory over Bahrain, and a place in the FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

We bought our tickets for the 2013 version of the White-Out earlier this month. If you want to join us, you'd better be quick, because the Dom-Post reported this yesterday:

More than 23,000 tickets have been sold for the All Whites' World Cup qualifier in Wellington on November 20.
The tickets have been snapped up in the ''pre-sale campaign'' and public sales start tomorrow at 9am.
Less than 5000 tickets for the Westpac Stadium game are available for public sale."The appetite from the fans already for this game has been incredible," said New Zealand Football interim chief executive Mark Aspden.
"To be in this position before public sale even starts is a testament to the level of support for the All Whites. Four years ago the fans were fantastic in creating an atmosphere, and they've once again shown how much they're behind the All Whites."
The All Whites face a home and away playoff against the yet to be determined fourth-ranked team from the Concacaf region.
The away leg is on November 15 before the teams resume hostilities in Wellington.

"Tomorrow at 9am" is, of course, TODAY at 9am. And with only 5000 tickets left for the match, they'll go in a heartbeat.

The atmosphere in Wellington that November night four years ago was amazing. The stadium was a sea of white, the crowd was in wonderful voice (ours eventually returned, around a week later) and it was simply a wonderful sporting occasion.

Get in quick today. Whether the All Whites' opponent is Panama or Honduras (or maybe someone else) doesn't matter. Being there to cheer New Zealand to its third World Cup will be sensational.
