That photo is such a natural for a Caption Contest that we'll get one up before any of the other usual suspects! You know the rules; You know the rules; keep 'em short, humourous and pithy, and don't get unnecessarily personal. Beyond that, you're limited only by your own imagination.
It's not quite the Wearable Art that Helen Clark modelled, but fair dues to the PM for being willing to be mocked, as doubtless he will be.
